The Partner Portal is Dynamic Risk’s interface for software and consulting related support. In addition to support, the portal allows you to submit support tickets, access helpful resources including F.A.Q.s. Reference Guides, QRG’s and Learning Videos.
Through the Partner Portal you can also access our Think Tank which contains whitepapers, Webinars, Case Studies, Thought Leadership, and information on upcoming events.

The Learning Centre contains training materials for each application such as reference guides, quick reference guides (QRGs) and video tutorials. In addition, you can find FAQ’s and installation guides.
This area of our portal is open to the entire IRAS community. It provides industry related information such as such as white papers, thought leadership, case studies, webinars, What’s New feature videos and recordings/papers from the latest DR Conference.
The Client Library is a brand-new feature that provides our clients a space that can only be accessed by members of their organization. This personalized area contains, recordings, reference material, SOP’s and more. Working in conjunction with support tickets and information requests, targeted information will be provided here to supplement and enhance understanding of our IRAS solutions.
The Community page provides an area for up-to-date news, conferences, and events. You can post a feature request or join a discussion board.
