WES has been promoting career satisfaction and growth for women in the engineering field. In line with the Engineers Canada 30 by 30 Initiative, which aims to increase the number of newly licensed professional women in Engineering to 30% by 2030, WES has already reached over 750 engineering students and professionals in the past 5 years. This year’s theme is “Empowering Women and Gender-Diverse Individuals through Mid-Career Transitions”.
